Hey Guys... So, we're thinking about house themes...& do we even want one... Nate brought it up for discussion...
I was thinking a music theme with stars on the doors of each bdrm since we are doing a house concert. In each room we'd have industry people ie "engineers" (for whoever watches the most tv) "roadies" (who would be in charge of bringing in everyone's luggage. hmmm... MIKE!) "booking agents" "groupies" "security" (who would be in charge of taking out the trash. hmmm... NATE! aka "trash boy") "intoxified fan aka 'freaker by the speaker'" (TOBY!), Hair and Make-up (for any high maintenance girls' room), "Wardrobe" (for whoever brings the biggest suitcase) "Photographer/videographer" "Producer" "Manager", "Record Company Exec", "A&R"... Of course Andy and I would be the rock stars! tee hee... Ok. Toby, you can be one too but you're going to have to sober up. :-)
By the way...
What night would we have the house concert? We're going to have to spread the news somehow to get LOTS of people there.
Toby, are you going to do any singing????????

Sure Annelise, I'll sing, but I need to know what I am singing??? Back up for you or cover songs? Which ones?
I'll bring a bunch of songs. What covers do you know? I may have to sit down and learn some to play for you.
We could also run with the Durty South House theme and do redneck names on the doors.
I know a ton of covers, might be easier if you tell me what covers you know since you have the harder part of learing to play it and sing it. I can accomodate you in just about anything.
Maybe a mafia/Sopranos theme, and then we can steadily kill each other off as the week progresses?
We can play a big game of Mafia and every night the Mafia has to kill someone off w/o getting caught.
oh. or that. I wasn't referring to the game of mafia. but it might be fun too.
